Once upon a time...
I shot my first wedding reception at the age of 7 when I was a flower girl at my cousin’s wedding. There were disposable cameras placed at all of the tables, and I spent the entire reception taking as many photos as I could- I was undeniably hooked. Fast forward almost 20 years and now my photos have been published in magazines and I’ve traveled from Puerto Vallarta to London for my amazing clients. The little flower girl in me is so happy to be a part of each and every wedding I have the honor to capture.
My style takes on an intimate and more journalistic style, highlighting true-to-color tones and sharp details. I like to call my style a mixture of easy going and editorial. Relaxed yet refined. I’m inspired by heirlooms- things that are passed down from generation to generation- whether that be recipe cards, old love letters, postcards, or in this case, wedding photos. I bring a calm + positive energy to your wedding day that keeps us on track AND having the most fun possible. After 8 years of photographing weddings, there’s nothing I haven’t seen or know how to handle.
My goal is for you to look back in 20, 30, 40+ years, when you and your partner are old and grey, and be able to totally relive how your wedding day looked (more importantly, how it felt) through your photo gallery. All of the details and tiny forgotten moments still perfectly preserved. The laughter of your guests, the quiet looks shared between family, the shoes kicked off on the dancefloor- I promise to capture it all.
